Returns (Unopened Products)
We accept returns within 28 days of your order as long as the products are:

✅ Unused
✅ In their original packaging
Return shipping:
Customers can reach out for a free return shipping label.
Once your return is received and verified by our team, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds (Opened Products)
This is where our Sporeticus Standard kicks in.
The standard:
If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund you — no questions asked.
That said, we ask for a little common sense and good faith (virtual handshake 🤝).
How refunds work:
-If you order 1 or 2 bags and don’t love them → full refund
-If you order more that that:
--We’ll refund up to the first 2 opened bags
--Any remaining bags must be unopened
--We’ll provide a return label so you can send the unopened bags back to us
Why?
Because most people know whether these are their thing after trying one or two bags. That keeps things fair for everyone and helps us continue offering a generous guarantee.
A few quick notes
-Minor packaging scuffs or shipping wear do not count as defective
-Refunds are issued once eligibility is confirmed
-Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider
